Our annual Auction is the biggest fundraiser of the year at BSS – proceeds go to the operating budget of the school and help to provide educational programming as well as to control the cost of tuition.

Excellent German food, beer, wine, cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages and desserts will be served, and there will be plenty of games, raffles, and auction items to suit everyone’s taste!

$25 tickets are available in the school office or via the invitation you received in the mail, or you can have your space reserved at a table for 8 for $250. Join us for a night of BSS spirit and fellowship!!!

$500 Tuition Voucher A new feature this year will be a raffle for a $500 tuition voucher for the 2012-2013 school year. Tickets will be $10 and you must be present at the Auction to win this one.

Children's Art Projects - Check our online catalogue for pictures of some of these fantastic projects including denim upholstered chairs, arbors for your yard, and creative art for displaying in your home.

Auction Hamburger Lunch - Be sure to turn in your order form for the Auction lunch to be held on Thursday, October 4 featuring grilled hamburgers.
 
Service Hours - We still have plenty of volunteer jobs available on the night of the Auction Contact Jessica Butler (jtramebutler@comcast.net) if you can sell raffle chances, work games or silent auction, or otherwise help that weekend.


Sample Auction Items - Four tickets to “Wicked” at the Fox in St. Louis, tons of sports tickets including Cubs v. Cards, Cubs v. White Sox, and U of I and Notre Dame football tickets, condominium stays in Hilton Head, Fort Meyers, Orlando (along with some Disney Passes), and Hawaii, a Pheasant and Quail Hunt for Four, a $350 Tiffany’s gift certificate, unique Blessed Sacrament services, a Labrador puppy, gift certificates for services and restaurants all over town, a backyard BBQ at your home for 25 guests, Waterford crystal and much more.  Check out the catalogue for more details.

Games - The ever-popular Barrel of Booze raffle, the Wall of Wine, the Money Tree Raffle and the big Raffle will return as wellYou will receive order forms to purchase tickets for the children’s raffle items. Items will be on display after Masses beginning next weekend.
